 Founding Partner

“Making the lives of our volunteer Board Members and Community Association Managers easier is our ultimate goal…it’s what we strive to do each and every day…”

Over the past 25 years, I have dedicated myself and devoted our law practice to providing the best possible legal representation to our Community Association clients by delivering insightful solutions and innovative strategies, along with high quality legal services, in the most cost effective manner possible. Simply stated, the focus of my legal career and our Law Firm is to make the lives of our Board Members and Community Association Managers easier.

We strive to make your lives easier by providing; free telephonic consultations regarding any new matter or issue facing the Community; 24/7 online status report access to track the progress of our delinquent account collection efforts on your behalf; client options and alternative programs for handling certain aspects of our legal representation; the ability to receive communications from us via USPS Mail or electronic delivery (email); free educational courses designed to keep our Board Members and CAM’s up to date and well informed; novel and unique legal theories and approaches to resolve your day to day challenges as well as assisting you in fulfilling your goals on behalf of the membership.

Clients deserve representation by lawyers who are not only well-qualified, experienced and singularly dedicated to the representation of Community Associations, but also the ability to work with lawyers and staff who truly care about their Community and its overall well-being. All of us at Katzman Chandler strive to form and maintain both professional and personal relationships with the members of the Boards and CAM’s that we work with on a regular basis. We truly enjoy what we do, and should you decide to work with us, that will quickly become clearly evident – as our commitment shines through in all of our interactions with you and your Community.

Throughout the decades of my practice of law, I have represented the legal interests of Community Associations with as few as 4 units, and as many as 23,000 homes. My Law Firms have handled more than 50,000 Community Association matters to conclusion, (with approximately 25,000 of those matters being Delinquent Account Collection, and the remainder being Transactional, Litigation, Arbitration, Construction Defect, and Casualty/Hurricane).

Our Lawyers routinely stand before Judges, City Councils, and County Commissions, and have worked directly with State Senators and members of the House of Representatives to assist in the drafting (as well as ultimately the adopting) of provisions of Florida Statutes relating to the governance of Community Associations throughout the State of Florida.

While the foregoing provides some information as to who I am, who we are, and what we do, my singular goal is to speak with you and/or meet with you, so that I may personally introduce myself and our Law Firm to your Community. Please feel welcome to contact me, so we may chat about your Association and schedule a time to meet in person. We want to be of service to you and your Community, so please take the first step and call us today! I hope to hear from you soon.
