Katzman Chandler

Joshua E. Rasco, Esq.

“The litigation needs of Community Associations vary widely in complexity, and require a
client-tailored approach that suits the needs and means of the particular Community.”

Throughout my career as a complex civil litigator, I have faced and resolved a broad array of legal issues for a wide-ranging class of clientele – each with its particular litigation needs and objectives. The ability to formulate unconventional strategies has allowed me to meet the varying needs and objectives of the diverse class of clients I have served over the years. I am proud to be part of a team of attorneys who take pride in thinking outside of the box when crafting legal solutions for Community Associations throughout the state of Florida.

Katzman Chandler’s approach to legal representation ensures that the Boards and Communities we serve are in the best position to identify and resolve legal issues.  Some of the most complex legal issues Community Associations face have long-lasting implications, but are often cloaked in apparent simplicity. It is therefore of paramount importance to a Community that its legal counsel be capable of identifying and dissecting complex legal issues early on, with mindful consideration of the future implications for the Community. The combined legal experience of the attorneys and staff of Katzman Chandler allow us to quickly identify and simplify the complex legal issues our Boards and Communities face, placing them in the best position to make the right decisions for their Communities and Membership.
